Lavenderwind Saison

Spring has sprung, and a Lavender Wind is blowing in! Our latest seasonal release - Lavender Wind Saison was brewed with 100% local grains, and culinary lavender from Coupeville's own Lavender Wind Farms. Complex, and spicy with a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel, this farmhouse style ale intrigues the nose with aromas of white pepper, lemon peel, herbs, and floral notes. Give it a good swirl to pick out just a hint of lavender aroma woven into the yeast esters to create an aromatic tapestry that carries over to the tasting experience, where you get a healthy amount of spiced herb character and a bit of rustic barnyard funkiness. It's a great sipping beer for spring and summer, and perfect for anyone following the wind off the beaten path!
