Grains: 2-Row Pale Malt, Rolled & Malted Oats, Flaked Wheat; Hops: Citra, Simcoe, Mandarina Bavaria, Zythos;

This is a New England IPA with a NW citrus aroma and flavor and easy to drink. Brewed in collaboration with Crucible Brewing Company.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow and hazy, Cedar Hollow is a great example of a New England style IPA. Massive aromas of orange, pineapple, lemon zest, mango, stone fruit, and more accompany a rich, juicy flavor with a long, smooth finish
